What we collect
The contact form asks for your name, phone number, the town of the job, the type of request and your message. Email and appliance details are optional. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to give us.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare a quote or a visit, and contact you about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where it goes
The form forwards your request to Seb’Tech’s business phone through WhatsApp. The website itself does not store messages in a database.
- Orthrus IT Consulting SRL hosts and maintains the website and its forwarding service, on servers in Germany.
- Cloudflare delivers the website and protects it against attacks.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the message to the company’s phone.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to handle your request. If it leads to a quote or a job, the related data is kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
Cookies and analytics
This website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tools. Cloudflare may set a technical cookie needed to filter automated traffic.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or object to its use by writing to [email protected].
You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
