When to call us

A photo of the boiler’s display or rating plate, sent on WhatsApp, helps us prepare the visit.

You have no heating or no hot water.
The boiler shows an error code or keeps locking out.
The system pressure drops and you keep having to top it up.
You hear unusual noises, or see a yellow flame or soot marks.
The periodic service is due.

Smell gas? Leave the building without touching switches or electrical appliances, then call your network operator’s gas emergency service or 112.

What a service includes

Cleaning the burner and heat exchanger, and the condensate trap on a condensing boiler.
Checking the safety devices, the expansion vessel and the system pressure.
Checking the flue and the air supply.
Combustion analysis: carbon monoxide (CO), CO₂ and efficiency.
On an oil boiler, replacing the nozzle and filter and checking the burner pump.
A certificate handed over at the end of the visit.

How often?

Each region sets how often a boiler must be serviced and which document you keep. The table sums up the rules for a house or flat.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on every brand?

Yes. We specialise in Remeha, Viessmann and Buderus, and we also work on other brands.

Do you work at weekends?

Yes. We answer every day, Saturday and Sunday included, from 8 am to 7 pm.

What should I prepare before you come?

Clear access to the boiler and, if possible, its make and model or a photo of the rating plate. For a breakdown, write down the error code on the display.

Do you work outside Brussels?

Yes, across Belgium: in Brussels, Flanders and Wallonia. Our gas and heating oil approvals are valid in all three regions.
