Replacement
The old boilers vented through flexible aluminium flue pipes, with insulation held on by tape. Two Vaillant ecoTEC pro wall-hung boilers replace them, with magnetic filters on the system. Commissioning included a combustion test with an analyser.
Commercial boiler room
A boiler room in a residential block with two high-output gas boilers, their expansion vessels, the gas supply and the insulated flow pipes.
Installation
A Remeha wall-hung boiler fitted with new connections: press-fit steel pipework for the heating, a yellow gas pipe and a condensate drain.
Air conditioning
A Daikin outdoor unit on rubber supports, with its refrigerant lines protected under a cover.
During servicing
A combustion chamber, a pipe and a heat exchanger as we find them on call-outs: they show why regular servicing and water treatment matter.
